Courthouse or Railroad Station?
August 2, 2015 - Case Number 2014A4010400166: Indigent Defendant arrested for allegedly threatening the Richland County Judicial Center in Columbia, SC with destructive devices. The complainant was the Defendant's court appointed counsel, Joshua Koger, Jr. Court appointed counsel, William A. Hodge, who, since his appointment in September 2014, has taken no action in furtherance of the Defendant's case, practices regularly at the Richland County Judicial Center.
